Our Environment
Although our nurseries are owned and run by a group, each nursery is actively encouraged to retain and develop its individual style of welcome, opportunity and flexible day-to-day routine - we believe that this is essential if we are to create an environment that is tuned to the needs of local families and to the children in our care at any one time.
Our environment is designed, improved and maintained constantly with care and effort with the needs of both staff and children in mind. We provide children with a safe, stimulating, happy and loving environment which makes available to each and every child the materials and support that he or she needs to develop his or her needs to develop his or her potential.
Our Staff
A great deal of attention and time is invested in the creation and development of a committed, motivated and well qualified staff team. Because of our commitment to our staff, our staff turnover is very low. We pride ourselves as being able to work very closely as a team at all levels - in September 2004, Longacre Childcare was awarded Investors In People status on the first assessment!
